Kurkure Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback
Kurkure is a brand of corn puffs, produced and developed by PepsiCo India, the Indian division of PepsiCo. Named after the Hindustani word for "crunchy", the snack was developed entirely in India. It was launched in 1999 as Leher Kurkure and has its automated plants at Channo (Punjab, India), Kolkata and Pune.
Ashwani Sharma for the Indian Express mentioned, "In a landmark judgment, the Himachal Pradesh High Court on Thursday cleared the decks for a complete ban on sale of potato chips, wafers, Kurkure and all other junk food-items packed in non-biodegradable and plastic material. The ban would come into effect from January 26,2014."

Forklift Operator (Current Employee) says"They don't practice what they preach and no bonus for the holidays, they say yearly raise and don't get that. For the coronavirus they don't keep us safe, people don't wear there mask and I complain they don't do nothing about it they just worried about doing there trucks."
Route Driver (Former Employee) says"The people the management unorganized. They decreased pay and will fire you for anything. This job is the worst, you can work your tail off and they still will fire you. Cons: Everything"
Warehouse (Current Employee) says"Terrible management, great pay and benifits though. Not a good job if you expect any time with your family. No bonuses, no appreciation, no help, no thanks. Cons: You hand your life and happiness over for money."
Bcr (Current Employee) says"Bad horrible management no work life balance. Horrible training, no support, feel like a number, only thing positive is paid every week. Has high turnover Cons: Don’t work here"
Customer Service, Inventory Control, Safety Committee Captain (Current Employee) says"They are adopting a seniority process that leaves zero opportunity for the new guys coming in even if they have experience. Very bad attendance from the people at the top of the seniority list. Cons: Negative environment, bad management, no room for promotion or full-time"
Service Technician (Current Employee) says"Don’t work for Pepsi in Kalispell Montana. Pepsi is the worst. Pay is terrible. I can not stand Pepsi. I would rather work at a waste facility. The pay would be better. Whatever you do don’t work here. Cons: The whole job"
Route Sales Lead (Former Employee) says"From product shortages to just plain bad leadership. Clueless leadership is abundant so if you love working for someone who just graduated college and has no idea about leadership or your job trade but will consistently tell you that you are not performing well enough to meet ridiculously high weekly goals that are already designed so you can not receive bonuses (bottom line profits remember). They rarely promote from within, instead, they will recruit leaders from colleges instead of giving sales representatives promotions. Cons: Everything."
Warehouse Loader (Former Employee) says"a horrible company. I worked there for 3 years and received a 5 cent raise for the entire time. We worked 16-20 hour days.Warehouse is not an ac environment. The plant manager didn't want to even let us drink water from the damaged product unless we paid for it. This was in 95 to 100 outside. The bosses would make blind orders (guess) every holiday. Our shifts would get pushed back until 3 pm. Always ended up working into the holiday. You don't have a set time to get off. Your shift ends when work load is 100% The pepsico in baton rouge la was the worst. It's was shut down a few years back. Horrible company from the top all the way down to the floor. If you decide to work for pepsico make sure they have a union. If not they will drive your body into the ground. No one cares about you as a person. The only thing they worry about is 100% completion. Doing a 250,000 case load with 5 people is rough on earth. But that is the every day at the pbc. If you decide to work for this company I would advise you to not look at it as long term. Cons: Everything is a con at this place"
Operations Supervisor (Former Employee) says"Upper Management are idiots. Don’t work here. Find somewhere else to work. Anywhere would be better than working at Pepsi. Really all the sites are terrible."

Driver (Former Employee) says"This is the worst place to work plus manager they will try to make you go over 60 hours and risk a violation the turn over rate is terrible and way to many green drivers that are without training and will get someone killed Cons: Management"
Driver Class A (Former Employee) says"Use for the experience then get a higher paying easier job. The only real upside was some of the other drivers were cool. Just go in do your job don’t get involved in work place drama."
Merchandiser (Current Employee) says"Working for Pepsi is the only thing wrong with my life. The pay is OKAY. The only way to make decent money is to work EVERY DAY OF YOUR LIFE and its not worth it in the end. There are seriously a million ways to make a dollar, Pulling pallets and being mistreated doesn't have to be one of them. They don't care about their employees, they just care about numbers and stock holders. Employee morale is the lowest its been in 2 decades. The best parts about working for Pepsi are punching out, days off, vacations, and even suspensions. The actual JOB DUTIES themselves wouldn't be so bad if there was proper Accountability, planning, and less office politics. Cons: Anytime you are punched in"
Warehouse Associate (Former Employee) says"These people are full of drama. Their is no such thing as keeping to your self, when you do this people still bring you into their drama. No matter how respectful or quite you are, someone will ruin your chances of work here, even if it means ruining their chances. It’s like working with children in high school but everyone is an adult. Worse experience ever. But pays great money and the work is like working out all day. Good job for that PepsiCo. But please stop hiring men with child like mind’s and our thoughts. And who obviously have no responsibilities or don’t care much for their responsibilities. Cons: Drama"
Rural Sales Promoter (Current Employee) says"Worst company they do not encourage field worker to promote next level who are doing hard work, they trant field worker as labour, but training is very good, but job security is not good field worker. Upper management never come to market, They want only primary, they never come to market, they do market in ac rooms Cons: No"
Truck Driver (Current Employee) says"Poor/unexperienced people in management that just have no idea what they are doing. Cons: Everything under the 🌞"
